Returns & Exchanges

At JerseyBird, we want you to be fully satisfied with your game-day gear; if your jersey isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your jersey in its original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
